PACCESS FAQ

  • Complete a speed test to verify your down and upload speeds. If it is more than ten percent less than your designated speed, go to the next step. Try speedtest.net to check your speed.
  • Reboot your router. To do this, unplug the router from the power source, wait 30 second, then plug it back in. When your router has completed powering up, repeat the speed test.
  • If your speed is still less than your designated speed, please contact Technical Support.
  • Reboot your router. To do this, unplug the router from the power source, wait 30 second, then plug it back in.
  • If it is still not working, try plugging the Ethernet cord that goes into your router directly into your computer to see if you can access the Internet. If you can access the Internet, it is a problem with your router.
  • If it is a problem with your router, you can contact Technical Support. Please note there may be a charge to support routers not installed by PAC.
