Cellular FAQ

  • Depending on your device, you might be able to log on to your device to see how much data you are using. Please keep in mind if you are over your data limit, you will incur additional charges.
  • If you cannot check your data usage, please contact Customer Service. You may need to increase your data plan to avoid costly overages
  • Reboot your phone. To do this, shut down your device according to manufacturer instructions. Wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. When the device has fully rebooted, try to make a call.
  • Have you paid your bill? If you have not paid your bill, your service may have been suspended.
  • If your account is in good standing and you still cannot make a call, contact Customer Service.
